Sizing pants intentionally

Hey guys,

Recently bought these in a small:

https://serviceworks.xyz/collections/trousers/products/classic-chef-pants-brown

However due to a mishap, they got returned to sender and I can only get them in Medium now.
I'm 5'6. For reference, I've attached a terribly taken selfie of myself wearing the bronson mfg utility fatigues in a small, which in comparison have a 29.5' inseam (.75' longer inseam than the medium chef pants) https://bronsonshop.com/products/non-stock-og-107-fatigue-utility-pants-baker-pants?srsltid=AfmBOordgoeHQeFtNbR8bkClO-0EnWGA6c3bcWzwH8ml7LVHRjZnKqK4

I've also attached the pants' sizing chart. Would an additional '75 of inseam look goofy on me if the pants are already oversized to begin with, or could I make it work with additional cuffing/rolling etc? I was planning on styling them like the picture I've attached, but also wouldn't be opposed to waiting for longer to find one in a size small if it would allow me to be more versatile across fits.
