I just bought domain on namcheap I added custom namservers on namecheap, the domain propagated succesfully, and I still get this that I'm not authorized to make changes when I try to connect my domain to GHL. Can someone please help me?

Are you adding looop.it.comlooop.it.com to Cloudflare? From the error it looks like you were trying to add it.comit.com.

I have a feeling whatever it is you're adding it to does not properly support it.comit.com domains. What are the pages in these screenshots from?

I think your best bet is to reach out to them. I feel like the issue is on their side. They probably see looop.it.comlooop.it.com as a subdomain of it.comit.com, while they should see it fully as a domain. That suggests they don't properly support this thing called the "Public Suffix List", which keeps track of these things.
