Account hacked
Hi everyone,
I really need help! My PUBG Mobile account was hacked and I can no longer access it. The hacker changed my login details, and now I’m completely locked out.
My Player ID is: 532622489
I’ve already contacted Tencent support multiple times and sent all the required proof (screenshots, purchase history, etc.), but I’m only getting automated replies or no answer at all.
This is extremely frustrating because I’ve invested a lot of time and money in this account.
Please, if any mod or staff is reading this, I need real support – not a bot. Help me recover my account!

I’m really sorry you’re going through this. I totally understand how you feel because I went through the exact same situation — my PUBG Mobile account was hacked too, and despite all my efforts to recover it, I wasn’t able to get it back.
I contacted support, sent every bit of proof I had (screenshots, ID, purchase history, everything), but the responses were either automated or just silence. It’s really heartbreaking, especially when you’ve spent so much time, effort, and even money on your account.
Just know you’re not alone in this. I truly hope your case ends better than mine. Stay strong and don’t give up — sometimes a bit of luck or the right person seeing your message can make a difference.

Hi, look — here’s more proof that the account was mine. These are the posts I made before it was hacked. They weren’t deleted, so I still have access through my wife’s account. Look at the nickname I used and compare it to the new one along with the ID

I didn’t do anything. The guy just got into my account
