How do I uninstall Riot Games after deleting all its files? (I'm not crazy)

I made the stupid mistake a few years ago of deleting riot and Valorant in the very stupid way of deleting the files, because I was annoyed at riot's annoying uninstallation process, and ever since then no matter what I do I always have "Riot games - 31.3GB" in my applications section, I don't know how to get rid of it after so many years of trying, please help me!!!
