Cannot Access Original Account for Domain, Need Urgent Help Transferring to New Account
Hi Cloudflare Team,
I purchased the domain pocketsevens.co on August 1st, 2024 via Cloudflare Registrar, but I no longer have access to the original account that owns it.
I’ve already submitted a ticket (#01561651) and received no action for over a week. I cannot manage the domain from my new Cloudflare account (ramirezmusa786@gmail.com), and when I try to use the DNS panel, it shows “invalid nameservers”.
The domain still points to Cloudflare nameservers:
raquel.ns.cloudflare.com
everton.ns.cloudflare.com
I need to verify ownership of the domain for Google Workspace and Google for Startups, so this is urgent.
Please help me transfer the domain to my active account or tell me what I must do to recover ownership. I have payment receipts and WHOIS data ready.
