Ban appeal
I recently had my account permanently locked due to alleged use of third-party software. I’ve submitted a support ticket three times with proof to show that I was falsely flagged, but each time, I was denied without receiving any explanation or detailed review of my case.
I’m feeling pretty lost at this point — I genuinely haven’t used any unauthorized tools, and I just want to understand what happened. It’s frustrating not to even get a reason behind the decision.
Has anyone been through something similar or have any advice on what I can do next? I'd really appreciate any help or insight.

Virtual Machine, I use the software for school activities, NVIDIA shadowplay overlay is something I have always used, Discord Overlay as well, Wireshark as well as I'm a networking student.
I have tried, but every ticket I have made has been closed with no reason why
discord overlay isn’t a problem shadow play probably isn’t a problem and if it was you could appeal it
I am not hardware banned but my account is locked
VM and wireshark might be but if you’re not running or using those programs with or after valorant then it’s unlikely
I have VMs as well but I don’t run with them valorant
Vanguard stays open once you open valorant even if you close it so if you play and then get off and do something maybe that causes it
Then what's a fix to these problems? Because I spent a heavy sum on my account and it got banned! The moment it got banned, I wasn't even using the account, nor was I playing on it as it was exam season.

vanguard wouldn’t let you no
that’s why it’s on the list
if you already submitted a ticket and it was closed that’s means they already investigated the issue and won’t undo it
your best bet is figuring out what it is you got banned for and advocating that it didn’t have any malicious purpose or whatever
or just make a new account
it isnt exactly that simple to be honest, around 3 months ago there was a lot of people who were false banned and support tickets didnt do much, but after someone here in the discord looked into it they were unbanned. It may be another one of those cases with all the people claiming false ban rn

the reason of it was its just because i was playing with someone cheating (even though i swear ididnt know he was cheating )
