Errors on 3.8.0 release

Greetings, I got this typebot that uses GPT, and was always working fine for years, now on latest upgrade to 3.8.0 it stopped working on replying to AI, first 2 replies work fine, 3rd Fails to send at first and then at second attempt sends, while in backend we get

Can you provide more info about your bot? A video recording would be ideal
