Help needed setting up nameservers
I’m building a product where users can share their domain names (regardless of where they are registered), and I will manage their custom DNS records in my Cloudflare account. Afterward, I intend to provide branded Cloudflare nameservers for users to update at their registrar. However, I’m unsure if Cloudflare allows customers to add my custom nameservers to their domains, since it seems Cloudflare automatically assigns branded nameservers to any domain added to the account. What’s the best solution for this use case? I need to set up custom nameservers (e.g., ns1.yourproduct.com) and manage DNS records through Cloudflare. Should I use Account Custom Nameservers (ACNS) or Zone Custom Nameservers (ZCNS)? Any advice on how to proceed or automate this via Cloudflare’s API would be helpful. feel free to ask if i didnt explain anything clear. thanks in advance!

in simple terms, i want
- to manage my clients domains and add the DNS record for these domains in my Cloudflare account without transferring the domains from client account to mine.
- and send my custom nameservers to clients so they can update the domain NS to my custom nameservers instead of the default branded nameservers that Cloudflare provide.
AND a question: will this method works or I'm just wasting time on something that's impossible?
other than that is there no solution?
its hard to manage stuff like that
how
