I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request a review of the permanent suspension on my account NinjaBezgin, which was banned due to alleged third-party software use. I would like to clarify that I have never used any kind of cheat or illegal software while playing.
Unfortunately, my account was compromised before this suspension occurred. When I regained access, I discovered that it had already been banned. I have submitted several support tickets explaining the situation, but I have not received a favorable response. Additionally, due to the number of tickets I opened, my ability to submit new ones has been restricted.
I am 16 years old and currently competing professionally as a smoker for the PCIFIC Young team. I’ve won several tournaments on platforms such as Teto Games, and I am fully committed to pursuing a career in competitive play. This game means a lot to me – I’ve invested countless hours and effort, and I have many dreams I still aim to achieve. To reach the highest level of play, I need to stay focused and consistent, and I would deeply appreciate the chance to continue doing that with the account I’ve built and grown attached to over the years.
Please, I kindly ask you to investigate this case once more. I am willing to provide any further information or evidence necessary to help resolve this situation.
