Roblox Support is INSANELY bad. Gave them all the evidence, still didn't get my account back. Hello, I'm new here and I've debated whether to rant here or rant somewhere else like twitter where maybe I can get some sort of assistance. To start off, I started playing Roblox after my uncle made me an account when I was in late elementary back in like 2010 (account in the bottom). This was my first account in which I played countless hours of original games like freeze tag and that one zombie tower game that apparently is non-existent now. I had great times playing the OG Roblox, and ended up collecting allot of relic items and accessories. I even got my hands on some amazing limited items, which blow me away on the market blew up their value, such as the blue Valkyrie helmet I had along with others. I got tired of playing on the old computer and eventually got my own PS3 later towards me going into middle school. During this time, my Uncle had the email he created my account with hacked and broken into. He asked me to change all of the accounts that he gave me into my own personal email, in which I did. I was fortunate enough to keep my Roblox account and somehow got to keep access to it through my own email. During that time I had a resurgence to want to play Roblox a bit and had a blast for a while. It was the summer after I was playing again, in which I lost the account again, when someone got access into the account and stole all of my limited items and locked me out of the account forever. I was devastated and when trying to click the "If this was not you, click here" on the email, it said it was too late, and it was true, as I saw the email a month and a half later. I tried to get the account back on my own, shooting Roblox emails asking for the account and items back. Roblox replies with "well you have to get the original email to message us". Knowing that the original email was gone, I gave up..

Moved on. Cut into a couple of ago when I started to play Roblox for fun on a new account. I was constantly pushed by my siblings to play along with them. Games like BEAR and MM2 were pretty fun and I had a blast playing with my family, even on my own sometimes. Although, the thing about me is that I always reminisce on things that I have lost. I am a real hoarder when it comes to rare items in and out of real life, and this made me remember my old account. I thought to myself, "wouldn't it be cool if I could get my old account back someway lol". So I tried it. This was my first encounter with the new system that Roblox implemented with their "Support". I thought it was weird and lackluster compared to the old way, where you would have personal contact with someone actually behind a screen, someone with a brain, someone with emotions, and someone who could understand. I said alright whatever, and submitted a "ticket". I explained everything even attaching SCREENSHOTS of someone getting into my account (down below; email saying someone changed my email and number on the account). Didn't get a response back until like a week later. It did get on my nerves as if this was an immediate situation, I'd be upset and worried about my items etc. But I understood that it's been like 5 years, so it was whatever. Here's where I lose my nerves. The response I got was a copy and paste "You must respond with the original email of the account" and the here are our options for getting the account back, sorry! I was like damn, I thought I had enough proof to get my account back on my own. To me it was a dead end, but I didn't wanna back down on it. I gave it a shot and texted my uncle asking if he ever got access back to the original email. HE DID. I was asking for a favor for him to email support to get my old account back. He thought it was a little weird, and I was like damn true lol, but I just wanted my old account.

I expect Roblox to just hand over all of my old stuff - after all, THIS IS THE ORIGINAL EMAIL, they have SCREENSHOTS of someone changing access to my account, PLUS the email did pay for the OG Builders Club. THIS IS A EASY WIN. ALL THE EVIDENCE IS HERE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. He gets an email a week later... "Please respond with the email on the account please! Here are your options if you forgot your password...yada yada yada.. sorry!". What the hell. How is there not enough proof that this is MY account. I was pressed and for some reason my uncle even more pressed lol. My theory is that this TICKET system is botted. There is no human interaction. The person behind the screen isn't there. Roblox doesn't care. I looked through the internet to find similar stories - kids albeit, but still similar problems. I even sent an email saying, "don't you guys keep records of funds and emails" or something along that line. GET THE SAME COOKIE CUTTER COPY AND PASTE response, making me feel more like it's just bots. These "David's" and "Joshua's" dont exist. They're pity emails to excuse the absence of a support system. Now I don't care - it's whatever, I just thought I'd get this story out somewhere, in case someone is dealing with the same issue.

I've also been trying to get my account back for years. I have video evidence and screenshots and tons of other details only the original account owner could know. I even tried calling and asked them to call me back. Nothing. This support team is actual trash, been getting the same copy and paste response for years now.

This is literally my experience. So I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one that thinks that Roblox Support isn't support, rather, standing against. My account terminated for something I was unaware of on my behalf, and their response was "All activities are ultimately relied upon the account owner". Terrible excuse for such a large platform.

YES BRO EXACTLY IM IN THE SAME SITUATION RIGHT NOW! My sister can't log into her account because "The password needs to be changed" but there was no email or number linked to the account, literally prior to this like the same day she bought 4000 robux or so, then she got logged out and that's that, We contacted roblox support over and over again and it's the same botted copy and paste message. She's been crying for the past hour now. Shame on you Roblox.

God im happy i'm not the only one.
Been presenting them with evidence im the original owner and even showing e-mails of login attempts from 4 different locations over the globe before i lost access and the hacker supposedly changed my e-mail and password to lock me out. I get that it's partially on me for not using MFA but i got evidence going back as far as years ago, previous support messages even where they did confirm i was the owner. It's honestly a joke how bad they are. Like the fact that suddenly my account logged in on 4 different IP's in different countries and the e-mail and password change AND it's not seen as highly suspicious, especially when followed by me sending support messages im the account owner from the e-mail previously connected to the account. It is laughibly bad.

A hacker got my account and now I can't get it back. The best evidence I have is me playing dress to impress for 12 minutes. It's a video too. I want my account backπ.
