ROBLOX UGC is bad - Roblox Forum
the creators of UGC is ruining whole community of roblox, they copy limited items (like a dominus) and give it a super cheap price.
also some times, the creators upload NSFW to catalog (woman body parts).
i have checked the catalog, i saw WW2 stuff, NSFW, and most random childish stuff (brainrot).
do you really agree with this? give a opinion.

I definitely agree with this take. UGC was great when it began and was exclusive to only a few creators. I remember the drama about those cube MS Paint hats, where's that energy now? UGC should've always been an exclusive club. Plus, now with dynamic price floors, UGC creators are basically punished for trying to make affordable items, whereas money hungry copycats get the same footing.

As someone who not only plays ROBLOX but also UGC-centered games like GMOD and MUGEN, UGC as a concept is a double edged sword. On one hand, it enables some people to create the sickest items ever seen on the platform. On the other hand, it bloats the front page with poor-quality content. The key here is content moderation, or filtering out content that could be harmful to the site. That way, only great content, or at least content that meets the site's requirements, will appear.
Of all the games I have ever seen, ROBLOX probably has the worse regulation of UGC items. It feels like there is no filter on what you can publish onto the website as long as you are sneaky about it. This is problematic since not only is ROBLOX a kid’s platform but it also has an economy. You can pretty much steal an expensive ROBLOX hat, change the mesh of it so the mods won’t notice, and publish it.
There is nothing wrong with UGC if ROBLOX has the tools to moderate it efficiently. However, it’s clear that they don’t.

This is the fault of both parts, the ROBLOX Staff and the Community, Roblox fault because they doesn't moderate this stuff (ugc, "nsfw" being published in catalog, etc.., and community fault for buying this UGC, supporting it, uploading/publishing it
I hope roblox changes the way that they moderate the plataform
