Buoyant + gravitational elongation

i dont understand how the forces are going , like how is it going, i have picture as to what forces are there and what directions are there but i dont get how to get it quantitatively

Spring force + Buoyant force = Gravitational force You can find gravitational force by solving the 1st case Pehle case mein Mg = kx ho jayega because spring tab tak elongate karega jab tak gravitational force ko balance out na kare. given hai ki spring 1 cm elong kiya Put values into the above eqn and then you'll be able to solve 2nd case mein buoyant force bhi Mg ko balance karega isiliye spring pe load kam hoga which is why it'll contract by a bit but still unstretched position se kuch displaced hoga hi. You have to find that displacement basically pehla eqn se gravity milega dusre eqn se the displacement which is required
