SQLITE file appears to be broken?
I am experiencing an issue where I had to update my computer and in the process of transferring my data over from win10 - win11 it seems like the DH SQLITE folder has broken for my worlds.
I did the song and dance of starting with a fresh install and adding mods after the fact and I've narrowed it down to the SQLITE file itself - when I put the old file in the Distant_Horizons_server_data > world file location, the boarders get dark and are capped at the render distance. If I delete this file and let the game generate a new file, HD works as expected. Is there something that I should be looking for to correct the old SQLITE file so I don't loose my history?

You can try viewing it in some DB viewer and try to pinpoint the corruption, but uncorrupting data is usually a very very hard task
