Wear a model - Roblox Forum
Hey all..
I have a problem. I created a model (hat) and uploaded it to Roblox (not for sale), just a model for me.
Is there a way to wear it? Some say no, some say yes. I can't find an actual answer.. or any good instructions on how to wear the model
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have UGC? If not, you can’t.

Otherwise, no.

To wear a custom model (hat) in Roblox, you'll need to follow a few steps. Here's a general guide to help you:

It is possible but only in game, and that would require scripting! You can find plenty of tutorials online to make a "Hat Giver/Remover". However, if you wanted to publish and sell your own custom accessories on the marketplace, you can apply to become a UGC creator. It's currently closed though.

Keep in mind that making a hat takes time - and also please don’t steal anyone’s models without credit!
