Is it legal to sell accounts on the platform? - Roblox Forum
excluding the laws of countries, some games (fortnite 🤮, Roblox, etc.) do not allow selling accounts.
Now when i the laws, its a whole new story.

Yes. You can sell any accounts as long as they're not bank accounts.
The only source I have of someone actually getting arrested for selling accounts, from btw, is when someone got arrested in Poland for selling a steam account through an auction. Apparently, the accounts the man sold were used by many people and lead to buyers getting scammed when the account's password keep changing by like 20 people. I'd say he got arrested more over that fact than just "he was selling an account"
I highly doubt a government would care about what a person does with their account since it doesn't really affect them negatively, let alone affect them at all. Businesses, however, are a different story.
