Android to Xbox problem - Roblox Forum
Hello all,
Apologies if this is for elsewhere on the site.
I am using this game on Xbox and my friend has sent me a friend request but I can't see it.
He is using another platform would that be the problem? I can't see him when I search for him to add him via friend request.
I also can't log in to my account using my mobile Android account. When I try to log in I try to reset my password but nothing is sent to my email address or phone number and if I try to register I can't use my username as it's taken to it does recognise my account.
Customer service just sends a standard reply when I contact them.
Can anyone help?
