You broke the only rule there is - never give others access to your account! Change your passwords immediatly or even better if you have 2FA enabled, log out with the option that every device has to reverify again. That way your in control again. You must act fast since when it is banned it will stay banned! The account owner is responsible for any actions on the account including others cheating on it and a 10 year ban doesn't sound nice does it?

Account selling is against the terms of service, that means it is gone anyway... Read them in the future so this not happens again. Rule of thumb is in any game to never give others access to your account and sell it.

Thats the reason why account trading is not possible, it only favors the person who pays first - if you give the account the other has control, if he pays you you have control and can scam him... See that pattern, noone will trust anyone and whenever someone says "Im 100% legit" or "I never scam" its just a lie.

The QR code is giving access to your account, that means any exploit that bans you will still be applied - that's why it is designed to play on a different device if you just want to play a few rounds and not for another person to view it. By default that person can queue matches and nothing stops the use of cheats here. You probably got tricked into thinking that this method is "safe" but in reality it is like giving access like mentioning above.

You logic breaks at the point where you tried to sell it and again when you gave another person the QR code, both actions are not allowed and violate the terms or service. That means your account will not be recovered by the support.

Nope they even say it is for you to play on unauthorized accounts like your playing on an friends tablet... If you read the terms of service you would know that you are resposible for your account and any actions taken on it. That then includes someone cheating on it.

I suggest you look at the TOS yourself and read what is in it. In short all money spent in the game is not an "investment" but rather burned. Literally you have no right to your account if the game decides to.

The only mistake you done is scanning a QR code from the scammer. Do not trust those.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
He won't appeal an ban because he just admitted to trading accounts via their video.
