Domain auto renew failed but my card got charged
Hi guys, yesterday was my domain auto renewal due and I got this notification (see image). However, when I check my card transaction, it already charged and the dashboard still saying "We were unable to process your payment".
I tried contact the support, but I can't see the case because I'm on a free plan.
Did anyone have experience the same thing? Thank you
