Your subscription to R2 was previously

Your subscription to R2 was previously removed. In order to access your buckets, please add the R2 subscription back to your account. To check your account's billing status, visit Billing. Can anyone help me how to solve this problem? I click on "Add R2 subscription to my account" but nothing happens.

Hi, following up, we are seeing that your subscription should be back. Are you able to access your buckets?

Hello, I've still had the same problem since June 13th, yesterday another account of mine also had the same problem, I'm lost here at the company without knowing what to do. My IDs are: c5c7bcebb0c9a5b73e1abc7b7ed1bb71 03c3614c44515e7e4e9bb5a2bc7afefb When I access the invoices for payment there is nothing there, as the charge was a routine pre-authorization process, if I try to change my plan to pro the message appears: failed in ActionAppendSubscription: failed to update user subscription: failed to load account from db: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page. I'm lost.
