Autoleveling off by ~0.2mm in one area on V-Core 4 500 IDEX

Hi! Even after heat soaking my V-Core 4 for half an hour, running through the thermal expansion calibration again etc, my auto leveling still is off by about 0.2mm on the upper right part of my build plate. (see pictures below) i currently dont know how to approach this issue further Thank you 🙂
