Account recovery can only be done by Riot Support and it seems you've already started that process. Staff here are NOT Riot employees and the current Riot dev's who are apart of the server will direct you towards support. You can use either link to restart the process.

In the email you got Riot Support would have listed some required information in order to recover you account. Such reqeusts include but are not limited to:

- Your username (login name):
- Your full Riot ID, with tag (e.g. RiotGames#NA1):
- Your summoner name:
- Server you play on (LAN, LAS, etc.):
- Your current email address:
- Your current IPv4 address
- Account creator name:
- All emails that were used on the account (make assumptions if necessary):
- Do you have access to these emails?
- Account creation date (e.g. AUGUST 20, 2019):
- Location where the account was created (city, country):
- Date of birth shown on account (e.g. DECEMBER 21, 1990):
- Has anyone else played with the account (e.g. family or friends)?
- All other Riot products you play with the account:
- How did you lose access to the account?
- How long did you last access the account?
Whenever you get a reply from the Riot Support team, you can always reply to their email to continue the conversation to provide more information should they need it. Sadly if support is unable to verify you own the account then there isn't really anything else you can do in terms of recovering the account.
