Account got hacked
hey, I fell for a phishing scam and the email of my account was changed without my consent, I also made a ticket in the website, and that's how I got the account email back as it was. But the problem doesn't stop there, the day after it I receive a mail from riot saying that somebody logged in through my account from germany and another mail to reset my password which I did, not to mention that they changed the email one more time, which I had to fill in another ticket and respond to the mail that I got from the bot support. After I played a match with my friend, I got kicked out of the game and since then I wasn't able to login since it tells me "Your login credentials don't match an account in our system.", even my friends did not see me in the offline list, so assume the hacker deleted my account or possibly changed the username.
I really need help with this one, and yes I wrote all this as a reply for the email that I got from the support but it wasn't that much of a help except telling me pick a strong password, like I don't even have access to my account in the first place.

- never share your account or account creds with ANYONE (they can then be shared with additional people without your knowledge, or your account taken over by the other person, and this happens all the time).
- never login into any site with your Riot credentials other than http://authenticate.riotgames.com/. this includes 3rd party applications that ask for your Riot credentials. for any applications that use our official 3rd party API, you should be redirected to this site to log in. if not, don't do it or your credentials can be compromised due to malicious apps, insecure storage/transmission, or session hijacking.

Try using the recovery tool
It didn't help me that much, whenever I try to fill in the account recovery format it either tells me its not enough or Captcha failed, also it asks me for other emails that were associated with the account, there were two and those were the hacker's email accounts I dont even know what they are.
Sadly only Riot Support can assist in recovering an account. You'll need to keep trying with them to recover it. Some of the information they will ask for include but is not limited to:
- Your username (login name):
- Your full Riot ID, with tag (e.g. RiotGames#NA1):
- Your summoner name:
- Server you play on (LAN, LAS, etc.):
- Your current email address:
- Your current IPv4 address
- Account creator name:
- All emails that were used on the account (make assumptions if necessary):
- Do you have access to these emails?
- Account creation date (e.g. AUGUST 20, 2019):
- Location where the account was created (city, country):
- Date of birth shown on account (e.g. DECEMBER 21, 1990):
- Has anyone else played with the account (e.g. family or friends)?
- All other Riot products you play with the account:
- How did you lose access to the account?
- How long did you last access the account?

- add 2FA to the email account tied to your Riot account
- make sure that your Riot account and associated email account do not share the same password.
- verify your email on your Riot account so that the settings can't be changed without access to that email (https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751744-Email-Verification-FAQ)
if you have already been hacked and have an alternate email, change the email tied to your Riot account to a different email address.
if you have already been hacked, change the password on both your Riot account and associated email account.
if you have already been hacked, go to https://account.riotgames.com/ and click LOG OUT EVERYWHERE under Login Management.

Thank you for the tips, is there a way to contact a real person from the support team? it would be better to communicate and provide all the infos.

what should i do then? i dont even have access to the account in the first place, i tried the recovering method but it doesnt work, should i keep on submitting tickets?

Unfortunately not. Staff here are not Riot employees and the Riot devs who are apart of this server are not apart of the support team and will redirect you to support.
I wouldn't keep resubmitting tickets as that can cause issues in resolving the issue. Create one account recovery ticket and communicate via email (you can reply back to Riot supports email) until the matter is resolved.

Alright, is there only this link to go to? I am afraid it would tell me that its not enough or the Captcha failed again, even though I try to assume the hackers emails that i received from riot, it only shows something like this for example ter*@ste**.ru

Did you have any other accounts linked to your Riot account? Xbox, PlayStation, Apple, Facebook?
I dont remember doing that before, only the verification thingy with the email when I first made the account
Then you'll need to keep trying with support. When you create an account recovery ticket make sure to include as much requested information as possible.
