Why do people like cafe games? Genuine question - Roblox Forum
(yes it’s a bit of a rant but I’m also looking for an actual answer) Like working in retail IRL is horrible as is, why would you want to simulate that on a video game which you go to to have fun? And they’re always so strict on what you can and can’t do, to the point where it’s not fun anymore. And you’re doing all that hard work for nothing, because you gain nothing from doing that, except for some privileges and items in A GAME THAT DOESN’T EVEN GIVE YOU ANY IRL BENEFITS. Like if I’m gonna work my butt off I’d expect some form of IRL compensation. And as for being a customer, you can’t even actually drink the drink you get! What’s the point of having to wait to get seated, then sit down and wait for a long time just so you can get a drink that isn’t even real! You can’t even actually socialize in that game because the servers can’t talk casually at all, and as for the customers, well customers seldom talk to one another if they’re not sitting together, and even then they don’t talk that much! And if you’re just going there to talk with your friends, then why can’t you just go to a far more fun and enjoyable Roblox game to do that instead! It just doesn’t make sense to me why anyone would even want to play that, let alone work at one. Someone explain why please
