pt 1000 temperature reading oscillates +-10°C

Hi I just set up my vcore4 idex (stock) and the T1 temperature reading of the pt1000 oscillates by 10°C (see picture). The jumper on the ebb42 V1.2 for the pt1000 is installed and I switched the jumper without any change. The resistance at about 22°C room temperature is constant at 1086 Ohm, which should be right. I also checked my config and everything is set up correctly. The cable connector sits firmly in place and the crimps sit inside the connector. What could cause this? I assume it's the ebb42 board. If you agree with my assumption I will probably switch the two boards and see if the board is the problem.

If you have a spare pt1000, hook it up and see what is read in free air?

The ebb42 boards is faulty. I swapped both pt1000 to the other board and it oscillated again, while the other showed the correct temperature.

Glad you found the fault

I was stupid and the pt1000 was faulty now i got a ebb42 as backup. I think the cabel of the pt1000 broke internally
