Toolhead temperature off by 40 deg C

I have EBB42 v1.2 with Phaetus Rapido UHF with PT1000b temp sensor. It wasn't extruding right so I checked the temperature with a Fluke Probe. It is 40 degrees off. Mainsail says 290. Fluke has it at 250. Here is the setup:
The thermocouple is using the TH0 connector with a jumper on PT1000 setting. Printer.cfg has:
[extruder]
sensor_type: PT1000
pullup_resistor: 2200

Any help appreciated.
