Is this extreme resonance?
I am not sure what happened with this print. I used Ratrig generic print settings. 0.2layer height, 0.6mm walls, 200mm/s 5K accel. sliced in OrcaSlicer.
I am running a VC 3.1-500 with BRS AWD upgrade.
The print was orientated approximately 30° off vertical so there should have been no overhang issues.

Have you tried different speeds?
It could be a really bad calibrated input shaper
this does not look like anything related to IS or resonance, especially at just 200mm/s and 6k accel... I think this is some sort of extrusion issue... dont know what excactly though
looks like underextrusion, caused by maybe filament path with too much friction... try to optimize your filament path maybe...
So this always happens at that particular speed? (and higher?)
underextrusion could be speed related... what flowrate do you have as a max in your slicer?
