If you switch from asia server to europe does your rp level also reset with your rank?

No, the Royale Pass levels are separate. If you change your game server, only your classic season rank will change.
You will also get your classic season rank back if you return to the Asia server....

You can see your rank on other servers after clicking your Tier in the Basic Info section of your profile
