rpm-ostree issue (Guild Wars 2/Blish HUD)

I'm trying to follow this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/1hbl734/blish_hud_is_now_actually_usable_on_linux_thanks/?rdt=39177 to run Blish HUD. I am layering in the packages from: https://github.com/endymion2k14/kwin-blishhud-shader-0.1.0/tree/0.1.0/RPMS/x86_64 using the rpm-ostree command followed by a restart. They are showing layered in: (See attached) But when I go to check in the Desktop Effects settings the shader isn't selectable: (See attached) How can I properly install this shader on Bazzite?

different versions of KDE so the shader is most likely not compatible with the new kde version
