Hi there,
In January 2024 I lost my phone and I was having financial problems, so I couldn't afford a phone that time and was scared that my pubg account will die and lose events and things so my friend said he will play with account, so I trusted him and gave it to him so he play with it, but I only gave him Twitter log in method only and it's still linked to my email, later when I was able to buy a phone I didn't take the account from him but I was checking the account regularly like every month I login to it to check that everything is ok, but in last month (May) when I tried to log in, I noticed that Twitter has been removed from the account so I decided to login via email, but it said that there's suspicious activity and I couldn't login so I contacted support but they didn't help me recover my account though I didn't tell him the part about that I shared my account with someone because they said that sharing isn't supported, I'll enclude a screenshot of what the support said via email and be noted that I can't file a claim via in game recovery tool cause this isn't regular device, so is there a way for me to recover my account again? The email apparently is still linked to the account though sometimes when I try log in, it says "account doesn't exist"
Please help me find a way to retrieve my account 🙏

Should I tell them about the sharing part? Or it will just make it more difficult to retrieve the account 😔
My submission was rejected, can I make another one? Though I don't know why it was rejected
