Rank reset and episode v25

In the new Valorant post they said something about act 4, so does it mean there's gonna be no rank reset? I'm wondering cus there was a rerun bundle already as it is at the end of every single episode and they showed buddies, but its kinda confusing with them saying something about act 4 on twitter.
