Going to Japan! What are the must visit stores?

Hi everyone. I'll be going to Japan in a couple of days (Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kyoto and Osaka in that order), what are some shops that I should visit? So far I only have Uniqlo Tokyo (read the flagship store is too crowded) on my list. I'm looking for retail, vintage and thrifting stores, anything you think is worth visiting! I'll be needing some summer clothes which I hope I'll be able to buy mainly from Uniqlo as my budget isn't very high. I still want to visit some other cool stores, for example Issey Miyake is a brand I like a lot. Thanks in advance!

Any Kapital retail location, Okura in Tokyo. Really go visit stuff you won't see elsewhere or haven't had a chance to try on/handle before. You really don't need to go to the super Uniqlo if you've been to any other Uniqlo and IME qlo isn't cheaper in Japan than it is on sale elsewhere. If you like Uniqlo and have a lower budget then Beams is worth a look and can't easily be seen outside Japan.

I think I found more stores than I can visit form this link https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewer?mid=19UQHp5ZndvF5yJYR7X--rKVZIyrU8L3s&shorturl=1&ll=35.69247970000001%2C139.69963329999996&z=17 Though I'd really love some suggestions on good vintage/thrifting/second hand stores where you can find decent deals (good clothes under 100$ for me)

Won't add to the huge lists of places that are already on here, but I'll just say that if you have not been to Japan before, your biggest limiting factors in secondhand shopping will be time, money, and shopping energy and not access to good shops. The chain ones like ragtag, kindal, 2nd street are actually quite good but location dependent, and there are tons of more niche places in spots like Shimokitazawa depending on what kind of styles you are interested in
