Account Locked (Need Idea about additional information & Help!)

So I have been facing a very weird problem with my account. Almost 4 months ago, my account was hacked by a Russian hacker. After all, my full PC was hacked by them, but they only took my Riot account. Then I cleaned my PC & installed Windows. As I had all the necessary information to recover my ID, I submitted a ticket & got my account back. Recently my account was recovered from me by using my stolen information (as the hacker saved all the necessary information at that time). I was shocked & submitted another ticket & got back my account again(By submitting the same information). After some days, the hacker tried to reset my password multiple times but failed, as I already had the access. He kept doing that for a day; as a result, my account locked. So I did try to submit a ticket by adding some more information, but they are denying that that's not enough. Though I recovered my account twice & in both tickets they mentioned that they could identify me as the creator of the account, now they are saying they cannot verify me as the owner of the account. As I got my account twice by submitting tickets, I'm sure that the information I provided was legit & there was nothing wrong with that. I just don't know what more I can add to verify myself again. Is there anyone who's facing the same kind of problem as me? Also I need Idea about what new information I can provide to unlock my account RASHA#KOD
