I have over 40 people on channel, it worked fine, but now i have some red "X" and bot doesnt work, how to repair it?

it doesnt fix itself i think

sorry, you are completely misunderstanding how this works, or using wrong terms for it
if you don't want to use feeds, you have to ask all of your users to register their characters
and configure a channel where the announcements will be made https://docs.nabbot.xyz/commands/admin/#settings-levels-channel-set
only characters that are registered by your discord users will be announced
if you want to use feeds, discord users don't need to do anything
you would need 1 watchlist, and to add your guild to it
then you need to create a feed for that watchlist

as I said, you can add your whole guild to the watchlist
the feed is a premium feature that will announce levels and deaths for a chosen watchlist
if you want to not user premium features, you need to configure the levels channel and every discord user needs to register their characters

they are both active, one is the watchlist (VIP-like functionality) one is the feed where announcements will be made

my guild members cant join to event i created
they have "You do not have any characters registered to you in {0}."
but i registered them as guild in watchlist
but when they try to register themselves in watchlist by command "/im nickname" they have message that they are already registered in different server
this has nothing to do with watchlists
they are completely unrelated systems

please understand that watchlist is a completely unrelated thing to evvents and registering characters

So we can announce in any servers they are part of
When you join an event, you have to tell which character you are going to join as. For that, you need to have registered characters
right now they bought this character, so the previous owner had registered it to their discord
now they have to claim this character by proving they are the owners
