Locked out of account
My friend just lost his whole account. He logs in through google and it decided to throw the "google acc not linked to any account"
And when he used recover password to make a password for the acc it made a new account, still his username but different #XXXX.

He also got 2 random friend requests

Yeah is it safe to recover account to another email as we dont wanna risk it with his glitched email
Yes completely, just mention it in the ticket what email you would like to link the account to,
