0 support for pro account? Tickets ignored!
Domain Down 14 Days – Payment System Broken – Case #01595298
Hi Cloudflare,
My domain andersra.com has been down for 14 days because your payment system is broken.
Case #01595298 has been open for 10 days with no response, even after I upgraded to Pro.
I’ve tried everything to pay:
- 4 browsers (incl. incognito)
- 2 Visa + Mastercard + PayPal
- Removed special characters from address
- Cleared cache
Nothing works.
This is a bug on your side, not mine. I won’t pay the $50 reactivation fee for an error you caused.
I'm losing clients every day. I need:
1. The domain reactivated immediately, without penalty
2. A working way to pay and restore service
If this isn’t resolved now, I’ll be forced to move the domain and escalate legally.
