I solved the question by taking element as a ring and integrating it. But wouldnt it be wrong taking ring as element as it would integrate some extra values in place of the gaps between coil rings?

No because the gaps between the coils is very small figure me vesa dikha rakha hai taki samjh aae otherwise ham yhi consider krte hai ki coils kaafi paas paas hai
