Hello my Pubg mobile account was hacked back in 20th March 2025 and he changed my email to his email I couldn’t file claim the account that day cause it had
3 months file claim cooldown so I had to do it this month of June I file claimed into the in game support and got declined twice even though answers were correct any help could be helpful account ID is 5194668771

I did that
But I don’t see my account ID in the recovery page after I submitted
The request you submitted before was already approved. You cannot submit another request via the community support form.
Where can i else where apply I did a file claim in the Pubg ingame support got declined twice even my answers were correct any help would be helpful
It is already approved via the community support form. Why do you want to submit another claim?
Cause I don’t have access to my account I lost access to it in 20th March to the hacker and there was not a way I could file claim back in March cause of 3 months file claim cooldown now when I did it after cooldown over I got rejected I have every single proof account is mine UC screenshots etc
Your previous request is already approved. You should use the email you provided to log in.

Did you submit this request before on 3/8/2025?
I sumbit that request on early March 2th if I’m not mistaken then it got approved but then in the 20th March my email linked to my Pubg account was hacked and I lost access
And i could not do a second file claim cause ofc there is a 3 months cooldown
After the cooldown was over which is in June this month I did a file claim into the in game support i put all the answers correct and got declined
It is your responsibility to protect your login methods by enabling secondary verification and linking more than one login option to your PUBG MOBILE account.
As it is not possible to submit an account recovery request through the community support form more than once, you'll need to reach out to customer service through in-game or by sending an email to service@pubgmobile.com should you require further assistance.

which is against TOS to trade or sell accounts
