Cannot delete policy

I’m trying to delete an Access Policy in my Zero Trust account, but I receive an error stating that it is still connected to an application. I have checked all applications, including archived and inactive ones, and confirmed that the policy is not currently linked to any of them. I’ve also verified that the policy is not used in any Access Groups, Service Tokens, login methods, or device posture checks. I attempted to refresh the dashboard and used a different browser to rule out caching issues, but the problem persists. Who can help me?
