Account Recovery is a Joke
I submitted all information possible plus purchase proof and last 4 digits of my credit card and then I get a email like this :
“Dear Player(UID: 5151148987),
We regret to inform you that the information you provided has not been approved. In order to ensure account security, we are unable to reset your account.
Thank you for writing to us. If you encounter any other problems, please feel free to contact us at any time.”
