Hey @Retro and @Robowheels 🙂
Dash 1.9.1 was pushed a while back with UE 5.6 support, so if you re-download Dash and run the installer you should be able to install it into 5.6 and then also use it there 🙂

If you run into problems, please send over some details, including output log and/or crash log🙏
yeah I downloaded it and ran it and I get an icon on the tool bar but it doesnt run dash
Got it, please check the output log, most likely there is an error there that will tell me how to help you 🙌
okay
Dang Dash really does a number when installing itself onto a system huh? I had a heck of a time trying to uninstall 1.9.0
finally got it though. I think it was a conflict between versions
hehe no, it ain't supposed to. But we ship an Uninstall Dash exe within the Dash installation folder to give a clean uninstall. The uninstall apps through Windows is usually quite bad, I have been told by our devs 😄
So you managed a clean uninstall now, and then upon re-install you mean it works now?
well I searched for the Dash folder with the uninstall and I was unable to find it at first so I searched for polygonflow and seen it had a uninstall file in there so I was able to uninstall it that way. Im installing it now and going to see if it is working correctly
yes thats what it was there was a conflict with the 1.9.0 and 1.9.1
Aah, good to know!
Generally you don't need to uninstall before installing a new Dash versions, but for some systems it seems to be needed, haven't figured out why/when just yet though.
