Star Wars Battlefront 2
I can't launch the game. The game is installed through the EA App which is already installed through Heroic. Ea app starts but the game itself does not.
PSome additional information I'm using GE-Proton-10-4, now have kernel 6.15.3 and nvidia drivers 575.64, also I`m using Fedora 42 KDE
OI'm in the same boat. Linux mint 22.1 with 6.14.x kernel. Always says failed to launch, try again later.
ODid get it to work via Lutris though

Tweirdly when i click install in heroic, it instantly is installed miraculously even though it didnt download anything. Then when i click start it installs EA launcher and then just crashes
Oyeah mine did the same, but I can get into the EA app and download the game there. Then I can change the prefix settings per the guide found here https://github.com/Heroic-Games-Launcher/HeroicGamesLauncher/wiki/How-to-install-EA-Games-on-Linux
I own the game on Epic, which is linked to my EA and the app recognizes it as such. The game simply wont launch though.
I'd rather use Heroic than Lutris, but I can only get it working in Lutris.... so might just have to stick with that for now and bother support more later, unless there's an obvious solution.
No intention of hijacking this thread, was just curious if you had figured anything out. Thanks

TI got it from epic so i cant do that
OI did as well, but that links it to EA.
