AUTORAG error: fail_while_querying_for_index
Hi. Wonder if anyone has had experience with this error:

(Workers AI - Autorag)?
I set up my autorag, binded to a worker, and synced an index of the latest uploaded docs from my R2 source.
The error message from my worker, in production says fail_while_querying_for_index. All other AI functions associated with my binding work as expected.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
