can no longer log into my Riot account
Hello, I'm asking for your help. I can no longer log into Riot Games. When I launch the application on my computer, there is a rather long loading time. Once it's done, I can only log in with a username and password — the Google, Facebook, and other login options are no longer there.
When I enter my login credentials, it starts loading again for a while, and then says it's impossible to log in with this account. The issue doesn’t come from my account, because I tried with my friends' accounts (which work fine), and the same problem happens.
This issue started when I logged out of my account on the Riot app, and since then, I haven't been able to log back in. The QR code login also doesn’t work — it just shows an error.

if you can log into your friend's accounts but not yours you may be banned or something

try using a vpn on your phone to log into the riot games app

its impossible cuz my friends live in the same region as me

oh ok, still that's that ruled out as a problem and I doubt it's the riot app itself since you mentioned your xbox is not letting you log in as well
No i tried installing with xbox launcher im on pc
so you're not able to log in just on pc?

are you trying to log in with an email address or username? you mentioned options for facebook and google not being around

so from what I can gather the riot app can't connect to riot servers properly which could be a network issue
to simplify, riot app can't log you in because riot app can't talk to riot
