Lithium Expansion multiplayer missing nodes and progression

Some things from Lithium are missing on client. Lithium nodes will not show up at all, and the extra items required for the space elevator also do not show up on the client. The savegame setting for extra space elevator parts was enabled. Milestones DO show up, and item icons DO work.

Pretty much expected since I haven't been working on multiplayer stuff as if this moment. Will have a note of things which need adjustment I'll update mod description to once again mention multiplayer compatibility I will start looking into multiplayer stuff after my next mod is done
