help me pls </3

I try to play valorant, but everytime i do, it crashed and gives me an error, along with leaving me unable to turn the game off completely since it freezes. I've had to retry multiple times and tried every way to turn it off aswell. each time, I end up having to restart my laptop. I'm playing on a gaming laptop, NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4060 graphics. I updated my drivers. tried redownloading the game. Tried using old drivers, and so on. Im just really confused why nothing is working, the laptop is perfectly fine and kinda new. but it always gives me the (https://riot.com/38b2jJn) error code. Pls help <3
