i'm come across like 3 cheaters personally in all my time playing.
what's usually happening in your games that makes you think there might be cheaters in them?
Your extremely lucky tbh or your high elo
Let me see where I should start, Wall banging headshots with sherif, insta headshot mid peak like instantly, like who would have this insane reaction times consistently, killing everyone and ace 5 rounds, and so on, it feels like the game is unplayable anymore.
most of my cheat encounters were when i was silver/gold. you're right that i've barely had any in immortal, but i've had friends encounter a few cheaters in immortal.
wall banging headshots, not necessarily a tell tale sign, could've either gotten lucky or good game sense.
insta headshot mid-peek, sometimes that can be peaker's advantage, which can feel like cheating.
insane reaction time, some people are built different.
killing everyone/acing, could be a smurf.
so basically it could be a smurf or a cheater. you can report them as a cheater to make sure but it's not unlikely that it could either be a smurf or a high rank player queuing with a low rank player.
some smurfs can feel like cheaters but usually signs of a cheater are either beyond the realm of possibility, like run and gun headshotting spinbotting craziness, or it's extremely subtle. the stuff you pointed out is stuff that i've seen some people do.
I hope that tbh, but what made me sus of vanguard is I met a friend thought he is insanely good and tbh look normal most of the time, then he got banned after a month of queuing with him and cheating it's kinda annoying.
He went away month of cheating.
some cheaters can get "lucky" with cheating. vanguard can't ban cheaters "too quickly" because then it would be very easy to reverse engineer it.
it kinda sucks, but compared to other games, especially CS, the cheating is a lot less rampant
