No UEFI, only legacy

I installed bazzite , but I can't seem to get the grub to work. When I go to my boot menu, the SSD that is installed seems to only be available in legacy. I'm going to reinstall but I'm not sure if I missed a step

I did

ujust regenerate grub but based on my BIOS that SSD doesn't seem to want to be UEFI. It appears if I do legacy.

How can I get the separate SSD to show up as a dual boot along with windows (separate drive)?

I just turned it off , but in my list of bootable options it doesn't show the SSD that Bazzite is on. Let me try it again tho

is the partition table of the ssd gpt or mbr? i think for uefi it needs to be gpt

also before installing bazzite, it helps to turn off bios/csm in mb settings

i ll ve to search how to find if ssd is gpt or mbr, i think you find it from the partition manager in bazzite but not sure

Using parted:

Open a terminal.
Run the command sudo parted -lsudo parted -l
Look for the "Partition Table" line in the output. It will indicate either "gpt" or "msdos" (which is another name for MBR).

or you can check in kdes partition manager, right click the disk, properties or gnomes disk at the top (partitioning: GUID Partition Table meaning gpt)

Anaconda seems to pick up whether you have BIOS or UEFI and does the installation accordingly

Ok so I think I've got it so that its now UEFI. I still can't get windows to not be first. In my bios boot order I still see only Windows , but at least when I select boot options (uefi) I see fedora (bazzite)
