No boot option in BIOS in UEFI, only appears in CSM.

Evening all! Dual booting Windows and Bazzite on different drives. All was well until I installed new CPU and GPU on my desktop yesterday and, since then, I cannot boot into my Bazzite drive unless I am in CSM mode rather than UEFI.
When I try to select to drive in Bootloader Restoring Tool, I get the error:
ERROR[bootloader_restore.sh:34]: EFI partition not found
When I change my BIOS into CSM it all works fine, just in Windows I get told my GPU isn't compatible with it (not an expert on these things!). Secure Boot is off.
I saw someone fixed it by changing the boot order in BBS Priorities, but I only get the Windows drive in there.
Is the only option to fix to reinstall? I don't mind that, only had Bazzite for about a month so no real data loss, just don't want to download 500gb of games again if I can avoid! Thanks!

Solution
I'll close this - reinstalling in UEFI mode and all is working, must have somehow installed in CSM.
