Why does my issue get Disregarded?? I NEED HELP!
Hi, won't type a long story. Let me keep it short.
Had a spare device because I got a new one, gave it to someone (not realizing my pubg mobile and google were linked to the phone I gave away). This person made fraudulent charges and purchases on my account, both google and pubg. I reported this to google who processed refunds but now my Pubg account is being penalized for the refunds on UC that I never purchased.
I need assistance, please Waited almost a week to get disregarded. This makes no sense!

Hello! You can refer to the Prohibited Illegal Transactions Announcement in the game for further information.
It is your responsibility as the owner to keep your account secure. You are not allowed to engage in dishonest purchase behaviour. Whether it was you or someone else on the account, penalties will still be imposed once such behaviour is discovered.
You will have to pay back the amount of UC refunded to revert the penalties imposed on your account....
