I was trying to sell my account to someone and I contacted them on WhatsApp and I gave the person the account to check it and then he blocked me from WhatsApp and changed all my means of accessing the account and I want to recover my account and when I tried to recover the account They sent me a message that the complaint was rejected and told me to use my primary phone, which I was using anyway.I have a screenshot of the conversation between me and the thief.

You are not allowed to sell, trade or purchase in-game services, goods or accounts with UC or real world currencies. This is against the terms of service of PUBG MOBILE.
If you are involved in any unauthorized activities, only you are responsible for your loss. We unfortunately will not be able to assist you with this any further through the community....

You agreed to the Terms of Service when you signed up. It's on you to read them. Unfortunately, there is nothing at all we can do to help you. You violated the ToS, so you don't get assistance from the game about it.
Sorry, I was using something called a translator and it was writing the words incorrectly. I mean, my account was hacked.
